Testa Hurwitz closes up shop

Partners at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault voted on January 14th to dissolve the firm as of March 15. Co-founder Stephen Hurwitz is heading to Choate, Hall & Stewart. Said former Testa attorney John Hession, who left in 2003, the dissolution "is like the death of a parent who's ill. You may know it's coming, but when it hits it's a shock."
