Hemann'll never win Wimbledon, you know

John Hemann, the Assistant U.S. Attorney who prosecuted Enron CFO Andrew Fastow, has joined Morgan, Lewis & Bockius as a partner. He was headhunted for the firm by Leslie Caldwell, the ex-Enron Task Force head who was hired by Morgan Lewis last autumn. And since we haven't mentioned Enron enough here, Hemann will be working with another former Enron prosecutor, Lisa Tenorio-Kutzkey (which is a totally awesome name, incidentally.)

Hemann said he joined the firm to work on cases outside the San Francisco area. "If you look at the lawyers defending the cases in Enron," he said, "they are from all over the country."
