Everybody Hurwitz sometimes

We know a lot of people have been hitting Skallawwag while searching for news about Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, so we've thoughtfully linked to a Boston Herald article about the firm's troubles. (How do we know this? We are magical beings.)

The best part: while the firm's spokesperson Steve Barrett concedes that the firm may need to downsize or merge (and no one's merged with DLA Piper in at least a month, hint hint), he says that Testa is still "viable."

The article also notes that Bill Schnoor will be leaving the firm in March, reportedly for Goodwin Procter (see how we eventually tied this in to the AmLaw 100?)
