Kirkpatrick & Lockhart merged with Nicholson Graham & Jones recently, and the resulting firm is called Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham. We would have gone with Kirkpatrick & Lockhart & Nicholson & Graham &.

Meanwhile, as previously mentioned, Fish & Neave merged with Ropes & Gray. Well, how's about this for not feeling completely at home: Fish & Neave is now called The Fish & Neave IP Group of Ropes & Gray. Why don't they just call them The Red-headed Step-child IP Group of Ropes & Gray?
