Commerce Bancorp chair a Lex fan

The man they call Lex (seriously, they do) has left Blank Rome to go in-house at Commerce Bancorp. Alexander Bono will become the first general counsel in the Penn.-based bank's history. He's the second Blank Roman to leave the firm for Commerce this year: Michael D. Shepard became the Bank Secrecy Act senior VP in September.
